A quiet residential community on the Nevada side of the North Shore, well away from the congestion of South Lake Tahoe. No state income tax on the Nevada side, and Diamond Peak is the local hill.

From booking to check out MG was communicative, kind and helpful! Directions were clear and he made the entire process smooth. Absolutely beautiful house! So many little touches that made it feel homey. The listing matched the home 100%! Plenty of space for cooking and lounging. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, they even had two hair dryers, which was a very welcome surprise. Close to good restaurants and walking distance to the golf course. The roof top deck was perfect for watching the stars and the area was so peaceful. Definitely one of our top 10 favorite places we’ve stayed and we will definitely be back. Truly a wonderful experience!
Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Just a couple miles to public beach and not too far from King’s Beach either. Great kitchen and amenities.
Mg was a great host during our stay in the property. He is very responsive and helpful, especially during the unexpected winter storm / blizzard. The property itself is quite spacious and convenient to the ski resort. Overall our family had a fun time visiting incline village and staying at the property.
This home was spectacular. its very spacious, beautifully detailed, it has everything you need and makes you feel right at home. no need to pack extra!
